    Binge drinking. Know people that do it?  Do they know the risks?

    Binge drinking is not just about the number of drinks you have. Experts tend to agree that binge drinking refers to occasional or irregular bouts of heavy drinking, drinking deliberately to get drunk, and/or drinking continuously for a number of days or weeks.

    There are loads of risks associated with binge drinking.

    Some of these include:

    • dizziness
    • injuring yourself or others
    • lack of judgment
    • loss of coordination
    • memory loss
    • vomiting
    • even alcohol poisoning – which can be fatal.
